Who we are

Jess Lochte

Somatic Therapist
Sensorimotor Psychotherapist - level 1
Creative arts therapist

Guided by an unsatisfiable curiosity and a deep respect for the innate healing capacity of humans, Jess aims to provide her clients a space to be and explore. Her approach is gentle, non-directive, and aimed at empowering her clients to take charge of their own healing journeys.

Animal Assistant

Ó∂inn is a standard wirehair dachshund who is currently going through basic training to become an animal assistant for psychotherapy. He will be present in sessions unless requested otherwise (e.g. due to phobias or allergies).

What we aim for

Our aim is to create a place without judgement. A place which invites exploration and curiosity about the workings of the mind and the body. A place to heal. A place to wonder. A place to welcome the intricate complexities that our experiences and lives bring. Or any other place you might be in need of.

Our name, FeelSeitig, was inspired by the phonetic similarities between the English word FEEL and the German word VIEL (meaning many). The German word VIELSEITIG describes an object that is many sided or varied in its presentation, and our practice’s name FEELSEITIG recognises the variety and complexity of human feelings and experiences. It also pays homage to the teams cultural roots.

At FeelSeitig we support the goals our clients have in regards to their overall wellbeing. These may be a deep desire to know and understand yourself better, to work through a currently present problem, or to work on deep hurt and trauma that seems to interrupt your life.
