If you are a new client and would like to make an appointment with us, please acknowledge our general information and cancellation policies. If you are a returning client, welcome back and head on down.
General information
Each session is 50-60 minutes and can be in person or online via telehealth (link will be provided). Cost of private sessions and supervision is $190 (including GST). Payment is due on the day of the appointment and can be made via bank transfer or cash. We currently are not able to accept card payments on site.
At the moment we do not accept new ACC clients. If you are looking for counselling covered under ACC’s ISSC scheme, please send us a message or call so that we can advise you on our current waiting times.
We do offer a 20 minute FREE consultation (online and in person). To schedule a free 20 minute consultation, please send us an email, leave us a voice message, or text and we will be in touch as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are free of charge up to 24h prior to the appointment. Cancellations between 12-24h insure a cancellation fee of $95 (50%). Cancellations made within 12h of the appointment and no-shows are charged at full price.
